Gov. Bellaflor J. Angara-Castillo was represented by the Provincial Administrator, Mr. Alex N. Ocampo. Oppss! its not an optical illusion...he is "Mr. PA" of PGA and not MLQ nor Former Senator Heherson Alvarez.
